Because access is granted instantly and content is digital in nature, delivery is considered complete at the time access is provided.

LUXE is a non-refundable digital product. Once access is granted, no refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Lack of time or commitment
• Financial hardship

• Dissatisfaction with results

You agree not to initiate any chargebacks or payment disputes.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

• Collections or recovery actions
• Reporting to payment processors

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LUXE and its representatives shall not be liable for:

• Business or financial losses
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Decisions made based on Program content
• Technical interruptions beyond reasonable control

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which the Program owner operates.
